Galynn Brady grabbed the attention of NFL fans with a single, subtle action. As the Kansas City Chiefs suffered a humiliating defeat in Super Bowl LIX, she seemingly joined Patriots supporters in celebrating their downfall. Her reaction did not go unnoticed, especially given the intense media spotlight on Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce, and Taylor Swift throughout the season.

Following the Super Bowl, Galynn Brady quietly made her stance known. She liked an Instagram post by Boston radio host Jim Murray, a well-known Patriots supporter who had been vocal about the Chiefs’ season.

Jim Murray expressed his feelings bluntly, stating: “My favorite non-Brady Super Bowl in over ten years.” His comment took direct aim at the exaggerated media hype surrounding Mahomes, Kelce, and Taylor Swift leading up to the big game.

“For over 20 weeks, we endured questionable wins, referee-assisted victories, and constant praise from analysts like Nick Wright, who insisted the Chiefs were better than the Patriots ever were,” Murray remarked.

He didn’t hold back, adding: “I can’t win with Brady in the building. Stat-padding in garbage time like a true fraud. Kelce did nothing. Taylor Swift got booed. It was an almost perfect night, simply the best.”

Galynn Brady’s reaction sends a message

The moment that truly ignited NFL discussions came when Galynn Brady interacted with the post. By liking Murray’s statement, she subtly but clearly indicated her feelings about the Chiefs’ season and the overwhelming media focus on Mahomes and Kelce’s relationship with Taylor Swift.

Even Tom Brady might be reflecting on Mahomes’ legacy. The Chiefs quarterback now holds two Super Bowl losses—first against Brady’s Buccaneers in 2021 and then against the Eagles in 2024. Brady and his supporters can breathe easy knowing that Mahomes is still far from matching the GOAT’s dominance.
