Taylor Swift marks the definitive close of her historic Eras Tour with a unique event that promises to thrill fans worldwide.

This Tuesday, Disney+ released the first official trailer for Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour | The Final Show, a feature-length concert film capturing the emotional finale of the tour in Vancouver, British Columbia, offering viewers an experience that goes beyond a simple concert.

A final Taylor Swift show full of emotion

In the trailer, Taylor Swift speaks directly to the audience, acknowledging the magnitude of the moment. “We’ve had a lot of time to prepare the end of this tour, and tonight we are giving you one last show. I want to thank you all for being part of the most exciting chapter of my life to date,” the superstar says.

This feature film not only documents the tour’s previous highlights but also offers something completely new. The full performance of The Tortured Poets Department (TTPD), included for the first time in the official filming.

This segment, added after the album’s release in April 2024, was never shown in the theatrical version or earlier streaming editions. Making the Vancouver recording the only one capturing the complete TTPD setlist.

Additionally, Taylor Swift has prepared a double surprise for her fans. Alongside the concert film, the docuseries Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour | The End of an Era will also debut. Offering exclusive behind-the-scenes footage, rehearsals, and personal commentary from Swift on the nearly three-hour production.

The definitive epilogue for Swifties

The docuseries features special appearances from Gracie Abrams, Sabrina Carpenter, Ed Sheeran, and Florence Welch. Adding an extra layer of exclusivity for fans.

Directed by Don Argott and co-directed by Sheena M. Joyce, the first two episodes will be released alongside the film on December 12. With subsequent episodes released in batches of two over the following weeks.

With this format, Taylor Swift not only delivers a visual and emotional closure to her highest-grossing tour but also sets a new standard for streaming concert experiences.
