The countdown has begun for two unforgettable nights of music as Shakira takes the stage at El Campín Stadium in Bogotá this Wednesday and Thursday. However, among the thousands of attendees, there will be one very special and unconventional guest who promises to steal the spotlight—Yellow, the robot dog.

This cutting-edge robotic canine, already successfully tested at major events such as the Madrid Open in Spain and the Rock in Rio festival, will play a key role in the security operations at the concerts of the world’s most influential Colombian artist.
Equipped with 5G technology and the advanced GenzAI artificial intelligence platform, Yellow is more than just a tech novelty—it is a crucial component in ensuring the safety of Shakira event.

With its ability to detect threats, send real-time alerts, and make autonomous decisions, Yellow serves as a strategic ally in reinforcing the protection of attendees and Shakira special guests.

Technology and AI enhancing security at Shakira concert

Yellow arrives in Bogotá under the deployment of Prosegur, a private security company aiming to showcase the potential of this technology in high-profile environments.
Thanks to its ability to navigate challenging terrains, recognize faces, and detect environmental changes through its thermal imaging system, this robotic guard enhances hybrid security, blending AI precision with human intervention.

“This system can operate in restricted areas, safeguard high-value assets, detect intruders, and automatically report to security authorities. It can also manage access control using blacklists and whitelists through facial recognition,” explained Gustavo Rojas, Prosegur Director of Technology.
Moreover, Yellow is not just an unyielding guardian—it can also participate in search and rescue missions in hard-to-reach areas, with a battery life of up to two hours.
So, while Shakira mesmerizes the audience with her performance, Yellow will patrol the venue, ready to take action if necessary. A perfect fusion of music and technology, setting a new standard for security at major events in Colombia.
