Jake and Logan Paul, two of the most influential social media figures, are used to creating anticipation with every public appearance.

However, their recent promotional event in Times Square, New York, turned out to be an unexpected disappointment. Organized to promote their documentary Paul American on the Max platform, the event was intended to gather an enthusiastic crowd.

But the reality was far different. Instead of hundreds of fans filling the plaza, only a small group showed up, leaving Jake and Logan Paul in an awkward situation.

A promotional event that didn’t go as planned

The images of the brothers Jake and Logan Paul trying to energize the sparse crowd quickly went viral. What was supposed to be a celebration of their new production turned into a subject of ridicule on social media.

Users on X (formerly Twitter) were quick to weigh in on the event’s failure.

“It’s embarrassing to watch this,” commented one user, while another labeled the gathering a “total disaster.”

Some even mocked the audience size with sarcastic comments like “So many people… so many.”

Despite the criticism and mockery, Jake and Logan Paul seem unfazed. Their documentary on Max marks a significant step in their media career, bringing them to one of the most important streaming platforms.

Logan Paul, in an exclusive interview, mentioned that Paul American has caused some family tensions but emphasized the importance of telling their story unfiltered.

“We showed everything, no holds barred. We knew we’d be judged and criticized, but we wanted to do it,” he said.

While the Times Square event didn’t meet expectations, Jake and Logan Paul continue their journey in the entertainment world. But this time, the lesson is clear, internet virality doesn’t always translate into real-world success.
