Just two days ago, Cooper DeJean was busy making his first interception in the NFL during the most significant game of his career. The former Iowa standout intercepted a pass from Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and took it to the end zone, giving the Philadelphia Eagles a considerable lead. The Eagles won 40-22 in a game that wasn’t as close as the final score suggested.
“I’ve dreamed of this since I was a kid, I watched this game when I was a kid. Now is the time, and now I’ll be able to wear a big ring on my finger every time we make it, hold that trophy; it’s amazing,” DeJean said after the game, which coincidentally took place on his birthday.

DeJean and his partner attended the game on tuesday night

To celebrate the team’s championship, DeJean and his partner, Steph Wilfawn, attended the tuesday night game between the Philadelphia 76ers and the Toronto Raptors, a matchup between teams struggling with a combined record of 36-69. Cooper DeJean and his girlfriend became the center of attention among the attendees and fans.

The fans couldn’t resist making a few jokes at the expense of the Sixers. “They won a Super Bowl. They shouldn’t be exposed to the stench of the Sixers,” joked one fan.
“This is an energy I can’t really comprehend. I’d be in a different country every two weeks for the next few months. I guess he’s a rookie and doesn’t have it like that yet. But still,” added another fan.
>”Bro, they just won a Super Bowl and we’re punishing them!”. I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy having to watch a 76ers game and we’re forcing our Super Bowl champions to watch it!”. Joked another internet user.
