Jason Kelce, the iconic figure of the Philadelphia Eagles, took a day to gather his thoughts before sharing his emotions after the Birds’ 40-22 victory over the Kansas City Chiefs. He expressed his feelings in what he described as “the longest message in history.”
The future Hall of Famer began by explaining that, in essence, he supported both teams, mentioning that he now understands what his parents felt watching their two sons compete in Super Bowl LVII.
Kelce then praised Jalen Hurts, Nick Sirianni, and the rest of his former team, stating that they proved their critics wrong—and that it was meaningful to witness it from afar.

Jason Kelce expresses mixed emotions

Jason Kelce feels both happy and melancholic. On one hand, he is thrilled about his former team’s Super Bowl victory, but on the other, he is deeply affected by Travis’ defeat.
“A true representation of the toughness and courage that make Philadelphia what it is,” Kelce said. “Well done, guys, very well done.”
Regarding his younger brother, Jason admitted that while it hurts to see Travis fall short of victory, he knows the tight end does not want pity.
“He has built a greatness that few on this planet could ever dream of, just like his team, and they should be proud of their achievements this season and in the past,” Jason added.

Jason Kelce spoke about his mixed emotions following the Philadelphia Eagles victory and the Kansas City Chiefs loss in the Super Bowl.
Kelce concluded his message by once again congratulating the Birds, saying: “I’m excited for the speeches and celebrations that will take place in the coming days. After all, who doesn’t love a parade?”
