Paige Bueckers finally confirmed the rumors about her relationship with former UConn teammate Azzi Fudd. During an interview, the Dallas Wings star revealed that she is indeed dating Fudd.
With a calm and natural attitude, Bueckers answered several questions about her girlfriend. On Thursday, during the orange carpet at the WNBA All-Star event, the former Huskies player told WAG Talk what many fans and followers of women’s basketball in the U.S. had long suspected.
According to the New York Post, the interviewer asked, “How well do you know your D1 girlfriend?” Bueckers responded confidently, sharing facts about Azzi Fudd, including the high school she attended, her class rank in 2022, the year she was named Gatorade Player of the Year, and the year she made her first college start.

She also answered questions about the college where Fudd’s father played basketball. Impressively, she even mentioned the award he won during a national championship, surprising the interviewer.
Fudd’s phone case sparked conversation
Paige Bueckers also addressed the message on Fudd’s phone case, which appeared in one of her Instagram stories. The message read: “Paige Bueckers’ girlfriend.” When asked about it, Bueckers replied: “Girlfriend reveal, it’s… Azzi Fudd.”
This revelation didn’t come as a surprise. After the ESPY Awards on Wednesday, Bueckers posted a photo of her girlfriend on Instagram, along with a caption of three hot face emojis.
