Shelomi Sanders, daughter of Coach Prime Deion Sanders, is making her own way in sports and activism. She currently plays college basketball at Alabama A&M, while her brothers Shilo and Shedeur are pursuing careers in football. Now, she’s calling out her father for not choosing her as his favorite child.

As usual in the Sanders family, Shelomi took the opportunity to tease her father on social media. Why? This time, the environmental justice and health equity advocate took to Instagram for some fun, referencing her father’s alleged preference for her brothers.

A friendly sibling rivalry

In a story posted to her personal Instagram account, Shelomi shared a short TikTok clip that drew attention. As part of her joke aimed at her father, she wrote: “They say #justiceforbossy that’s what they say.” Once again, she highlighted the fun-loving personality and playful relationship she shares with her father and brothers.

According to Marca, her tone was clearly sarcastic and teasing. Still, there might be some truth behind it, as sibling rivalry over parental attention is quite common. In this case, the whole family took it with humor and good-spirited jokes.

Coach Prime’s children are known for their playful banter. Whether on social media or in interviews, they frequently joke around. Deion Sanders joins the fun, often making jokes about his own “ranking system” of his children just to tease them.

Beyond the jokes, it’s clear that Coach Prime’s parenting style is rooted in discipline and love. It’s a perfect mix that helps foster a joyful atmosphere and strengthen family bonds. Even though his children are all different, he manages to make each one feel included and like number one.
