Marissa Ayers nearly captured all the attention in Miami. Ayers shined as a ring girl during the Jake Paul vs. Anthony Joshua fight at the Kaseya Center. Netflix broadcast the event live, drawing massive media coverage worldwide.
Ayers appeared during the 8:00 p.m. bout between Jahmal Harvey and Kevin Cervantes. She also joined the first Fight House by Most Valuable Promotions, Paul’s company, as a lead-up to the main event. The concept aimed to showcase behind-the-scenes access throughout fight week.
“For the first time in boxing, an entire creator team will live under one roof in Miami,” MVP announced. “We are changing the game in real time… and yes, we plan to break the internet with this.”
Exposure, social media, and an NFL connection
According to the New York Post, Ayers graduated from the University of Alabama in May and said she felt “more than excited” on Instagram. Reports linked her to Giants quarterback Jaxson Dart after they appeared together at a Halloween party. She also attended a game with Dart’s parents at Gillette Stadium, where the Giants lost to the Patriots on Monday Night Football.

Ayers began working as a ring girl with Most Valuable Promotions in May 2025, according to her TikTok. In July, she appeared on the Katie Taylor vs. Amanda Serrano card at Madison Square Garden, also streamed on Netflix. Her presence continues to grow at high-profile events.
Anthony Joshua, a former unified world champion and Olympic medalist, represents the toughest challenge of Paul’s career. The eight-round professional bout streams globally. In that setting, Ayers maximized visibility and strengthened her public profile, blending sport, entertainment, and social media reach.
