The YouTuber-turned-boxer recently got engaged to Dutch speed skater Jutta Leerdam. But now Jutta has found herself in an awkward confrontation with Jake’s older brother, Logan Paul.

Jake Paul finds himself between fiancée and big brother

Jake Paul was caught in the crossfire between his fiancée and Logan during a tense family gathering, which was filmed for their HBO reality show, Paul American. The show, an eight-episode dive into the brothers’ lives and inner circle, captures both their rise to fame and the controversies that have followed their careers in boxing and WWE.

From the very first episode, the drama has been palpable, with Jutta expressing frustration over Logan’s perceived lack of support for Jake Paul. Her comments quickly became a focal point of the episode.

The heart of the conflict

Jutta Leerdam didn’t hold back, accusing 29-year-old Logan Paul of not having his brother Jake Paul’s back. “Sometimes I feel like in real life, they have a great relationship,” Jutta explained on-camera. “But online, they don’t always seem like brothers. I think Jake supports you more than you support him, to be totally honest. But maybe there’s something deeper between you two.”

The fiery conversation came after clips showed Logan and Jake Paul throwing shade at one another over Jake’s decision to fight Mike Tyson.

“You’re the closest person to [this fight], and you’re undermining it. You’re so lost to me, bro,” Jake Paul said to Logan. Logan fired back, saying, “Who’s your yes-man? That’s not me. Go find someone else to tell you it’s a good fight against Mike Tyson.”

Wedding bells on the horizon

Despite the family tension, Jake Paul seems thrilled about his future with Jutta. The couple began dating in 2022, and their relationship became public in 2023. After a few years of dating, Jake popped the question in March 2025.
