Hulk Hogan, the eternal icon of professional wrestling, left behind a sizable fortune after his passing on July 24. But what caught everyone’s attention wasn’t the amount—over $5 million in assets. It was the absence of Brooke Hogan as a named beneficiary.

According to court documents obtained by The New York Post, the wrestler’s will did not include Brooke Hogan. Meanwhile, his son Nick Hogan was appointed as the estate’s administrator.

The wrestler’s holdings

Nick, 35, filed a formal petition in Florida court to serve as co-representative of the estate alongside Terry McCoy, who was named legal curator. The original will was drafted in 2016 and revised multiple times. Most recently in July 2023—just a year before Hulk Hogan’s death. The document outlines assets including $200,000 in cryptocurrency, $799,000 in personal and intellectual property, and image rights valued at $4 million. It also mentions a potential medical malpractice lawsuit that could increase the estate’s total value.

Hulk Hogan’s real estate holdings, including two adjacent homes in Clearwater Beach, Florida, valued at over $11 million, are not directly listed in the will. This suggests they may be held in trusts or private entities.

Brooke’s exclusión

Brooke Hogan, 37, was notably left out, sparking speculation. TMZ reported that she may have requested to be excluded, but there’s no official confirmation or public statement from her. Brooke did post an emotional tribute following Hulk Hogan’s death, but has remained silent on the legal matter. Her relationship with the wrestling legend was highly visible during the years of the reality show “Hogan Knows Best,” though it became more distant over the past decade.

Nick Hogan, in addition to managing the estate, has taken legal action to block the release of a documentary about his father’s infamous sex tape scandal. The court approved his request and appointed McCoy to oversee that litigation.

Hulk Hogan’s legacy continues to make headlines—even outside the ring. And this time, the final count belongs to Nick… while Brooke Hogan is left out of the financial fight.
