Jason Kelce remains very close to his brother Travis, who just got engaged to pop star Taylor Swift. Fans had been waiting for this moment for months. Now, Jason has shared what he really thinks about the proposal.

On the August 13 episode of the New Heights podcast, Swift appeared and her words made it clear to Jason that she is the right person for the Kansas City Chiefs tight end. Jason also gets along very well with his future sister-in-law, so he has no doubts about supporting the union.

One answer from Swift said it all

According to Essentiallysports, during the podcast, Swift described Travis as a “human exclamation point.” At that moment, Jason realized his brother had made the right decision to propose to the “Lover” singer.

Jason later spoke about this on the BUSSIN’ with the Boys podcast, saying:
“You’re listening to someone describe your brother… You’re hearing how she completely understands why Travis is such an incredible human being, and the ‘human exclamation point’ was the best description of Travis I’ve ever heard.” There’s no doubt Swift’s words completely charmed her future brother-in-law.

He also praised her, adding: “She’s damn good with words.” Jason even believes the “human exclamation point” nickname is better than Travis’s old college nickname, “Big Yeti.”

For Jason, this couple shares something very special because they “support each other incredibly well,” which makes him “very happy,” knowing their marriage will be strong.

Finally, Jason didn’t miss the chance to make a request to his brother:
“I hope I’m the best man. We’ll see. Trav has a lot of friends, I just hope I get the chance.” Now, Travis faces the tough task of choosing who will take on that role. If it’s Jason, he’s ready to deliver a great speech.
