In a video posted on her Instagram account titled “This Is How You Take Control of College 🏀🧡”, Paige Bueckers shared valuable advice for fellow students. The clip is engaging and lighthearted, as she answers frequently asked questions from her followers.

To help students facing similar challenges, Paige Bueckers offered a clear tip: “If you feel overwhelmed, lean on others… Ask for help from professors, advisors, or anyone who can support you. Don’t hesitate to seek guidance.” She emphasized that no student should feel like they have to handle everything alone.

Handling exam and game pressure

Paige Bueckers highlighted that preparing for exams and competing in basketball require different strategies. When it comes to tests, she said: “You have to prepare… I use practice questions and flashcards because they really help me understand the concepts”.

However, when stepping onto the court, she takes a different approach: “I just trust my preparation”. For her, consistent training and repetition build the confidence needed to perform under pressure.

Through these insights, Bueckers proves that balancing elite sports and academic success is possible with the right mindset and discipline.
